个人简介

于涛,副主任医师,医学博士,毕业于中山大学,现为中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院消化内科博士导师,胃肠专科副主任。中华医学会消化病分会营养与支持协作组全国委员、广东省医学会消化病分会委员兼秘书、广东省医学会胰腺病学组委员兼秘书、广东省医学会药物性肝损害学组委员兼秘书、广东省抗癌协会肿瘤内镜学组委员,美国马里兰大学医学院VA Health Center胃肠病研究所访问学者。独立开展我院首例双气囊小肠镜检查及内镜下消化道黏膜下肿物全层切除/剥离术及OTSC夹全层吻合术,填补了我院黏膜剥离术(ESD)及其相关技术的多项空白。

主要从事肠上皮干细胞的基础与临床应用的研究,目前主攻于糖尿病状态下肠上皮结构与功能异常的机制及治疗靶点的探索。主要学术成就如下:

1、构建了小鼠肠上皮干细胞标志分子Msi1的启动子报告基因载体,实现了对干细胞组份的实时标记及有效分离,为肠上皮干细胞的研究提供了准确的研究对象,并获得国家发明专利2项。

2、率先发现糖尿病小鼠肠上皮干细胞内Notch1/NICD/Hes1受抑制是导致其肠上皮细胞分化异常的主要机制,为继续深入研究糖尿病肠上皮细胞增殖与分化异常探明了方向。

3、率先将表观遗传学及miRNA调控机制引入糖尿病肠上皮细胞增殖/分化及肠屏障功能异常的研究,并发现Sox9、TLE1启动子甲基化异常和miRNA-30e、miRNA-429调控靶蛋白表达异常参与了糖尿病肠上皮增殖、分化及肠屏障连接蛋白表达的异常。

截至目前,在国内外主要刊物上发表各类文章50余篇,主要包括第一作者/通讯作者论著24篇,其中SCI收录21篇,影响因子总计约60分;非第一作者论著5篇,其中SCI收录4篇,非第一作者综述2篇,均为SCI收录。

获得国家自然科学基金4项,其中主持2项(面上项目及青年基金各1项),参与2项(面上项目及青年基金各1项);主持省级基金2项,院校级基金2项,参与省级基金2项。科研成果获得国家发明专利2项。先后入选中山大学青年教师培育计划及我院逸仙优秀医学人才计划。
