个人简介

      任萌,副教授、副主任医师,博士,毕业于山东大学。现为中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院内分泌科博士生导师,内分泌研究室副主任,中华医学会内分泌分会青年委员会委员,“广东特支计划” 百千万工程青年拔尖人才,广东省高校“千百十”工程培养对象,863青年科学家基金(为全国内分泌领域唯一)获得者以及广州市珠江科技新星(广东省内分泌与代谢病专业唯一)获得者。

      近年来一直致力于糖尿病皮肤病变发病机制的研究,探讨皮肤细胞外基质的失衡以及细胞凋亡在糖尿病皮肤病变中的作用。在基础研究方面,从细胞外基质代谢平衡、细胞凋亡等角度深入探讨了糖尿病足溃疡难愈的分子机制,明确了基质金属蛋白酶系统(MMP系统)在糖尿病皮肤病变和伤口愈合过程中的变化和意义,探讨了影响MMP-9表达的影响及表观遗传调控机制,明确了皮肤成纤维细胞凋亡在糖尿病足伤口难愈中的重要作用,为寻找糖尿病足的新的治疗靶点提供了实验依据。并在此基础上进行成果转化,研发针对伤口局部微环境的、具有我国自主知识产权的系列新型糖尿病足敷料。

      近五年作为第一主持人获得863青年科学家专题基金1项,国家自然科学基金2项(面上项目1项,青年基金1项),广州市珠江科技新星专项基金1项,主持省部级基金9项,作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI收录论著近20篇。
