Clinical Focus
Familiar with the diagnosis and treatment for diseases in obstetrics and gynecology, Prof. Zhang Qingxue is expert at treating gynecological diseases caused by endocrine disorders, such as infertility, menstrual disorders, menopausal syndrome and postmenopausal osteoporosis. He also masters the technique of In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer, Hysteroscopic diagnosis and treatment, and ultrasound examination.
Research Interests
Prof. Zhang Qingxue puts his research interests on the protection of ovarian function, endometrial receptivity, and noninvasive embryo assessment technology.
Academic Achievements
Prof. Zhang Qingxue has published more than 100 pieces of research papers and edited ten professional books. For the past years, he has won six awards of national and provincial level for his contribution to the development of medical sciences. In June, 2003, he has won a national patent for designing a method of establishing embryonic stem cell lines.
