曹春伟

招生简介

个人简介
  基础与转化医学研究中心副研究员,硕士生导师,2019年中山大学“百人计划”引进人才。2013年博士毕业于中国科学院北京基因组研究所(国家生物信息中心),后加入中国科学院动物研究所干细胞与生殖生物学国家重点实验室从事研究工作,2019年加入中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院基础与转化医学研究中心。目前主要致力于通过高通量测序及基因组学研究方法,开展遗传病致病基因挖掘及功能解析研究。相关研究获得了国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目基金支持,研究成果近五年以第一作者在Genome Biology、Blood、Elife、J Mol Cell Biol等期刊发表。
