Normal and minimally invasive surgery of thoracic tumors of different kinds, including Trachea Tumor, Lung Cancer, Esophageal Cancer, Mediastinal Tumors, etc.
Prof. Chen Ju is an expert on thoracic tumor and thoracoscopic surgery. He has been focusing on the surgical operation and comprehensive treatment of thoracic tumors including trachea tumor, lung cancer, esophageal cancer, and mediastinal tumors. With rich experience and improved skills in minimally invasive surgery, he is known for performing the total endoscopic resection of lung cancer and the eradication of esophageal cancer under laparoscope and thoracoscope. Prof. Chen Ju’s other research interests also lay on the minimally invasive surgeries of thymoma, esophageal leiomyoma, esophageal achalasia, hiatus hernia, congenital esophageal atresia, pneumatocele, pectus excavatum, etc.
Prof. Chen Ju has published two professional books and more than 30 pieces of research papers. He has also won 12 research grants of provincial and national level. His research topics range from immunologic cell to transmyocardial laser revascularization, which have won recognitions in his field.
