Clinical Focus
Endocrine System Disease including Diabetes and its complications, Thyroid Diseases, Pituitary and Adrenal Disease, Obesity, Dyslipidemia.

 

Research Interests
Prof. Yan Li has been dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of Endocrine System Disease for more than 30 years. She is the first doctor in China who began a comprehensive research on Diabetic Foot. As an organizer of the Multi-discipline Working Group Against Diabetic Foot in the hospital, she has built a well-equipped lab, started new treatments of Diabetic Foot, and promoted intervention treatments of Early Diabetic Foot. Meanwhile, she continue nurturing doctors and nurses in the field.

 

Academic Achievements
Prof. Yan Li has published three books and more than 50 pieces of papers. Her research focuses on the Basic and Clinical Symptoms of Diabetic Foot and the Relationship of Pancreatic β-cell with Pathogeny of T2DM.
